If you wish to have coverage for things such as cancellations, medical, lost luggage, trip delay, interruption or evacuation, please purchase a policy with your package. Passports

A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after you return home. For more information regarding passports and entry requirements, please visit www.Travel.State.Gov.

Airport

If you choose to book your own flights, please be sure you are flying into the Cancun airport, code CUN.  Transfers Round trip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel) are a service we include with your room package. To confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flights to the transfer company at least 45 days prior to travel. We will be sending you emails about this so you can submit your flight itinerary to us via the link. To ensure a seamless experience when traveling, please provide us with your flight itinerary as soon as you can. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on the day we have you checking in at the resort and bring you back to the airport on the day we have you checking out. Deviations to dates and vehicle upgrades are available for an additional cost.

RSVP Deadline

As a courtesy to the group, RSVP by making your room deposit by December 31, 2025. 

 Missed the deadline? That’s okay, it happens. Please still book your room here and we will work on confirming for the room for you, however, inventory will be subject to availability.

Final Payments

All bookings must be paid in full by Februay 28, 2026. There is a $50 late payment penalty applied to reservations that are not paid in full by this date. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days of the final payment date, the reservation will automatically cancel and all payments will be forfeited.

This is Their Story

Amelia and Casey went out on their first date in 2008 in Denton, TX. And as evidenced by them not seeing each other again for 12 years, the date was pretty kickass. In reality, their paths simply diverted and both wound up pursuing lives on opposite coasts. But through the magic of Bumble and Covid, they crossed paths again during the Summer of 2020, met up for brunch and have been crazy about each other ever since! They’re incredibly excited and eager to share their love story with you and they’re positive there is no more picturesque setting to do so than in Costa Mujeres. They hope that you’re able to come and share in their passion for the beach and having unforgettable times with the people they care about the most!

We recommend using Google Flights to research fares, but then book directly with the airline you’re flying with. This will ensure you the best airfare. Fares are the same everywhere, but you’ll get much better service working with the airline instead of Orbitz, Expedia or Cheap Tickets. Remember to also check www.Southwest.com as their flights only show up on their own website.

Rates

Rates are per person and are based on the number of adults sharing the room.  “Single” means 1 adult alone in a room.  “Double” means 2 adults sharing a room.  “Triple” is 3, and so on.  The rates are also by room category.  You can find descriptions on the “Resort & Rooms” tab.  For example, 2 adults sharing the Elegance Club Junior Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi for 4 nights would be $910 per adult.  The total cost of this room would be $1,820.

Rooms are priced “Per Person” because the resort is all-inclusive.  Child rates apply only after there are 2 paying adults in the room.  For example, 1 adult and 1 child would be billed as 2 adults.  Prices include private round trip transfers, hotel stay, all meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, and taxes.  Rates are valid for all guests holding a US Passport.  If your passport is issued by another country other than the US, please contact us for options.  We are unable to accept payments from outside the US.  We are holding rooms for September 27 – October 1, 2024.  You may request to stay before or after these dates.  We will just need to get confirmation from the hotel before we can send your receipt.

This is Their Story

How did you meet?  When?

Both:  We actually met twice!  First time was at Josh’s unit’s Christmas party in 2019.  Both of us were too nervous to say hi, but the universe insisted!  A month later, in January 2020, fate (and the NYPD) put us in the same “train-the-trainer” weeklong Active Shooter tactics course.  Melissa was the only girl in a class of 40 cops, but had her eyes on the prize: Josh.  By mid-week, they went on their first date and have been inseparable ever since.

Who asked who out first?

Both: Josh asked out Melissa for drinks after work during that training week.  Josh was also the first one to go for the kiss, that night!  Melissa made sure they had plans that weekend 

What is your favorite memory of each other?

Melissa: “Definitely the day we got engaged!  Seeing Josh on one knee was the most incredibly lovely thing I have ever seen.” (see picture below!)

Josh: “There’s so many… Melissa’s 30th birthday, during Covid, in the park of Bay Ridge.  That picture with our surprise kiss.” (see picture below!)

What do you like most about the other person?

Melissa:  Josh is completely dedicated to protecting and caring for our family.  He is loving & sweet, my biggest fan, my best friend, and someone I trust with my life.  But my favorite thing about him, is how wonderful of a daddy he is to Molly, Landon, and our house of pets.  He takes care of everyone with their best interest at heart and never forgets to show us how much he loves us.  Josh is everything I have ever wanted in a life partner and I’m so glad we found each other.

Josh: Melissas’ selflessness! From day one, she was able to see past all of my outside problems and short comings.  She was able to see me for me and not my situation which people saw as “not ideal”.  The way she stepped up as stepmom when it was probably the last thing she was ever looking for in a new relationship. The way she unconditionally loves us with all her heart above all else, even herself.  And of course, the way she undoubtably stands by in support of everything I want to or try to do.

What is your favorite way of spending time together?

Both: We love hanging out at home on the couch, cuddled up with the kiddos, cat & puppy.  These nights usually involve Ralph’s Italian Ices & a superhero movie that Landon picked out and Molly fell asleep to. 

How did you get engaged?

Both: We got engaged at Melissa’s brother’s (Matthew) lake house in Greenwood Lake, accompanied with Molly, Landon, Melissa’s parents (Mark & Barbara) and Matthew’s girlfriend, Victoria.  To make the day even more special, the engagement ring was made with the diamonds of Melissa’s grandmother’s (Lala) ring, donated with love by Melissa’s mom 

What is your favorite place that you have traveled to?

Both: Naples, FL 

Why did you decide on a destination wedding?

Both: We love the beach, tropical paradises, and very much wanted a small tight-knit family wedding.

Fares are the same everywhere, but you’ll get much better service working with the airline instead of Orbitz, Expedia or Cheap Tickets. Remember to also check www.Southwest.com as their flights only show up on their own website

Airport

When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into the PUNTA CANA airport, code PUJ.  Transfers Round trip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel) are a service we include with your room package. To confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flights to the transfer company at least 45 days prior to travel. We will be sending you emails about this so you can submit your flight itinerary to us via the link. To ensure a seamless experience when traveling, please provide us with your flight itinerary as soon as you can. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on the day we have you checking in at the resort and bring you back to the airport on the day we have you checking out. Deviations to dates and vehicle upgrades are available for an additional cost.

RSVP Deadline

Please RSVP by making your room deposit by November 30, 2023. This lets us know who is attending so we can plan the group events for the correct number of guests. Missed the deadline? That’s okay, it happens. Please still book your room here and we will work on confirming for the room for you, however, inventory and group rates will be subject to availability.

Deposit

The deposit for the room is $200 per room.

Final Payments

All rooms must be paid in full by March 25, 2024. There is a $50 late payment penalty applied to reservations that are not paid in full by this date. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days of the final payment date, the reservation will automatically cancel and all payments will be forfeited.

This is Their Story

Keith and Emily took their first vacation together to the Majestic Elegance resort in Costa Mujeres in Aprill 2022. People say traveling can make or break a relationship. Well, this couple flourished all while learning each other’s habits. For example, vacation Emily loves a good nap and cannot close a cabinet or drawer to save her life, while vacation Keith can talk to just about anyone (this also applies to non-vacation Keith). The Majestic Elegance did not disappoint. From the incredible meals to the nightly entertainment, Keith and Emily spent the whole week laughing and wishing it would never end, although their Sunkist skin was ready for a break. When the vacation came to a close, Keith and Emily knew they wanted to be each other’s forever despite Emily’s anxious airport behavior and Keith’s constant indecisiveness. Over the duration of their trip Emily discovered that Keith is the calmness she so desperately needed, while Keith found Emily is the stability he always hoped for. They spent the week falling in love and they cannot wait to share the magic they experienced with the ones near and dear to them as they solidify their love in holy matrimony.

This is Their Story

It began back in 2002 in Atlantic City, New Jersey during Hot Import Nights. I was “modeling” next to the import cars with my girls, then Rich walked pass me and I shouted out, “Hey, you’re a cutie!” I caught his attention and he walked back towards me. He then took pictures with us. I asked for his phone number and he said, “No, give me yours!” AS IF!!! So, I went ahead and wrote my digits on a flier and he took off with his boys.

Months went by and I never heard from him. Then one day, apparently, one of our mutual friends was going to hook us up and she gave him my number AGAIN. Then he realized that I was that girl he met at the car show. So, he called and I asked him why it took so long for him to reach out to me. Travel Insurance is available and strongly recommended. If you wish to have coverage for things such as cancellations, medical, lost luggage, trip delay, interruption or evacuation, please purchase a policy directly from a third-party provider such as Allianz, or one of your choice. Per the Refund Policy, deposits and payments made towards your trip are non-refundable. If you choose to forgo insurance, you will be solely responsible for any and all fees if any change, cancellation, interruption, delay or additional expense occurs.

Passports

A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after you return home. For more information regarding passports and entry requirements, please visit www.Travel.State.Gov.

Flights

Flights are not included with our room block. Please feel free to book the flights on your own. Usually the best time to book a flight is 5-6 months prior to travel when all airlines have their schedules available. We recommend using Google Flights to research fares, but then book directly with the airline you’re flying with. This will ensure you the best airfare. Fares are the same everywhere, but you’ll get much better service working with the airline instead of Orbitz, Expedia or Cheap Tickets. Remember to also check www.Southwest.com as their flights only show up on their own website

Airport

When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into the PUNTA CANA airport, code PUJ.  Transfers Round trip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel) are a service we include with your room package. To confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flights to the transfer company at least 45 days prior to travel. We will be sending you emails about this so you can submit your flight itinerary to us via the link. To ensure a seamless experience when traveling, please provide us with your flight itinerary as soon as you can. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on the day we have you checking in at the resort and bring you back to the airport on the day we have you checking out. Deviations to dates and vehicle upgrades are available for an additional cost.

RSVP Deadline

Please RSVP by making your room deposit by March 31, 2023. This lets us know who is attending so we can plan the group events for the correct number of guests. Missed the deadline? That’s okay, it happens. Please still book your room here and we will work on confirming for the room for you, however, inventory and group rates will be subject to availability.

Deposit

The deposit for the room is $200 per room.

Final Payments

All rooms must be paid in full by June 1, 2023. There is a $50 late payment penalty applied to reservations that are not paid in full by this date. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days of the final payment date, the reservation will automatically cancel and all payments will be forfeited.

  • When and how did you meet? In 6th grade at Oakland Middle School.
  • Who asked who out first? Brittney: Justin asked me out.
  • What is your favorite memory of each other? Brittney: Our first real date we went to Van Gogh and we had the sunflower room all to ourselves and it was beautiful and romantic. Justin: My favorite memory with Brittney is the first time we hung out after reconnecting. We walked for hours on the trail while talking and had to walk back in the dark.
  • What do you like most about the other person? Brittney: Justin is so sweet and very loving. Justin: My favorite thing about Brittney is how fun and adventurous she is. She always makes me laugh and makes every day a special memory.

There are two insurance options for you to consider:

Option #1: CANCEL INSURANCE

By purchasing Cancel Insurance, you are protecting your vacation investment. If needed, you can cancel your trip prior to departure for any reason. Simply call us or the number in your travel documents at any time prior to the day of departure to confirm your cancellation and receive a complete refund, minus the cost of the insurance. There are no refunds when Cancel Insurance is declined. Once the Cancel Insurance policy is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. For guests sharing a room, if one person in the room accepts insurance, everyone else in the room must also have insurance. This policy offers no other protection other than the cancellation option. You will accept or decline this option on the reservation form when you book. Cancel Insurance is only available at the time of deposit. If you decline Cancel Insurance when making your initial reservation, you will not be able to add it later. If you prefer a more comprehensive insurance policy, please purchase a policy from a third-party provider such as Allianz (Option #2 below).

One year we went to Punta Cana and one year we went to Mexico and both times she picked awesome resorts with amazing food and drinks! The hotels were clean, and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating! From booking the flights to the hotel and booking our shuttle it was so effortless we didn’t have to do anything but show up! We have worked with Tiffani several times, planning trips to Disney, Universal Studios Orlando, Cancun and Greece. She was very knowledgeable and took care of everything we needed and more. Our trip to Greece involved multiple flights and multiple hotels as well as lots of transportation between and within the islands. Everything went seamlessly.
