This is Their Story
How did you meet? When?
Samantha: We met in September 2020 during Covid. We found each other on a dating site. Shoutout to Bumble.
Angelo: We met on Bumble during the pandemic.
Who asked who out first?
Samantha: Angelo asked me out not long after we started talking. We had our first real date a couple of months later.
Angelo: I asked Sam “out” on a date- it was about 6 months until we could actually have our first real date at Peter Lugers.
What is your favorite memory of each other?
Samantha: My favorite memory is meeting Angelo for the first time. It was not the usual first date as the world was shut down but we clicked instantly & had many laughs while getting to know each other. I knew it would be something special & we have been inseparable since.
Angelo: My favorite memory of Sam is her reaction to me proposing. The way she screamed and started jumping up and down and clapping is something I will always remember.
What do you like most about the other person?
Samantha: Angelo is so thoughtful, supportive, smart, hardworking, & an excellent dog dad.
Angelo: The thing I love most about Sam is what a good person she is. She is always kind and thoughtful and constantly thinking of others.
What is your favorite way of spending time together?
Samantha: Either curled up together on the couch catching up on our shows with our dog or being at any sporting event.
Angelo: My favorite way of spending time with Sam is watching our shows and hanging on the couch with our dog Nala.
How did you get engaged?
Samantha: We got engaged in Aruba during the most beautiful sunset with my family around us.
Angelo: We got engaged in Aruba! On a trip with her family.
What is your favorite place that you have traveled to?
Samantha: Aruba, we go every year & it’s always a good time!
Angelo: Aruba is our favorite place! We go at least once every year, we got engaged there, and we are getting married there as well.
Why did you decide on a destination wedding?
Samantha: Aruba is our favorite place & now very special to us. We can’t wait to celebrate with our loved ones.
Angelo: We decided on a destination wedding because Aruba is our favorite place and we want our friends and family to experience it too!

We know that rooms with sea views are extra special, and that’s why we have our spacious junior suites with frontal sea views, where you’ll be able to enjoy incredible sunsets during your holiday in Aruba.

These fabulous 39 m2 rooms have two twin extra long beds (125×200 cm) or one super king size bed (200×200 cm), a lounge area with a sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe, a coffee machine, a drinks dispenser and a welcoming balcony or terrace with sea views.

Junior Suite Ocean View Elite Club
Garden or pool view given random to the client, located 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor, with outdoor Jacuzzi and lounge bed. Maximum Occupancy 2 adults. Bedding 1 king or 2 double beds. 625 sq. ft.
Swim Up Junior Suite Elite Club
Let yourself be carried away by luxury and attention to detail in these 40m2 Elite Club rooms. All of them feature a King size bed (200x200cm) or two Queen size beds (150x200cm), a sofa in the living area, TV with streaming, air conditioning, minibar, beverage dispenser, coffee maker and a pleasant balcony or terrace with magnificent sea views.
Important Information
We know there are a hundred online places to book a room. However, the couple is counting on you to book here on their website, so you are part of their group. They are planning an incredible experience for you which requires your room reservation. Ensure you are part of the group by booking into their room block here.
Please know that this resort requires all guest rooms to be booked within the couple’s room block. The hotel charges a minimum of $100 per person to attend the wedding events if you do not book one of the rooms the couple is holding. To avoid extra fees, please make sure to book here.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Per the Refund Policy, deposits and payments made towards your trip are non-refundable. If you choose to forgo insurance, you will be solely responsible for any and all fees if any change, cancellation, interruption, delay or additional expense occurs.
Travel Insurance is available and strongly recommended. If you wish to have coverage for things such as cancellations, medical, lost luggage, trip delay, interruption or evacuation, please purchase a policy with your package.
Rates are per person and based on the cost of your trip. Insurance will need to be paid in full and added to your deposit at the time of booking:
$800 to $1,499.99: 13 years and older = $189.99 / 12 years and under = $94.99
$1,500 to $2,999.99: 13 years and older = $234.99 / 12 years and under = $117.49
$3,000 to $4,499.99: 13 years and older = $289.99 / 12 years and under = $144.99
$4,500 to $6,499.99: 13 years and older = $319.99 / 12 years and under = $159.99
$6,500 to $9,999,99: 13 years and older = $339.99 / 12 years and under = $169.99
$10,000 and up: 13 years and older = $399.99 / 12 years and under = $199.99
Passports
A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after you return home. For more information regarding passports and entry requirements, please visit www.Travel.State.Gov.
Flights
Flights are not included with our room block. If we did group air, everyone would need to be on the same plane, and that just doesn’t happen with wedding groups. Please feel free to book the flights on your own. Usually the best time to book a flight is 5-6 months prior to travel when all airlines have their schedules available. We recommend using Google Flights to research fares, but then book directly with the airline you’re flying with. This will ensure you the best airfare. Fares are the same everywhere, but you’ll get much better service working with the airline instead of Orbitz, Expedia or Cheap Tickets. Remember to also check www.Southwest.com as their flights only show up on their own website.
Airport
When you book your flights, be sure you are flying into Queen Beatrix International Airport, code AUA. Round trip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel) are a service we include with your room package. To confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flights to the transfer company at least 45 days prior to travel. We will be sending you emails about this so you can submit your flight itinerary to us via the link. To ensure a seamless experience when traveling, please provide us with your flight itinerary as soon as you can. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on the day we have you checking in at the resort and bring you back to the airport on the day we have you checking out. Deviations to dates and vehicle upgrades are available for an additional cost.
RSVP Deadline
As a courtesy to the couple, please RSVP by making your room deposit by April 1, 2026. This lets the couple know who is attending so they can plan their wedding events for the correct number of guests. Missed the deadline? That’s okay, it happens. Please still book your room here and we will work on confirming for the room for you, however, inventory and group rates will be subject to availability.
Deposit
The deposit for the room is $400 per room, plus the cost of Insurance if accepted.
Final Payments
All rooms must have 50% of the balance paid by May 15, 2026 and paid in full by July 15, 2026. There is a $50 late payment penalty applied to reservations that are not paid in full by this date. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days of the final payment date, the reservation will automatically cancel and all payments will be forfeited.
Rates
Rates are per person and are based on the number of adults sharing the room. “Single” means 1 adult alone in a room. “Double” means 2 adults sharing a room. “Triple” is 3, and so on. The rates are also by room category. You can find descriptions on the “Resort & Rooms” tab. For example, 2 adults sharing the Junior Suite Ocean View for 4 nights would be $1,740.84 per adult. The total cost of this room would be $3,481,68.
Rooms are priced “Per Person” because the resort is all-inclusive. Child rates apply only after there are 2 paying adults in the room. For example, 1 adult and 1 child would be billed as 2 adults. Prices include private round trip transfers, hotel stay, all meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, and taxes. Rates are valid for all guests holding a US Passport. If your passport is issued by another country other than the US, please contact us for options. We are unable to accept payments from outside the US. We are holding rooms for September 24 – 29, 2026. You may request to stay before or after these dates. We will just need to get confirmation from the hotel before we can send your receipt.
Revisions
We understand that you may need to modify your reservation after it is booked. For this reason, there is no fee for your first revision as long as it completed prior to the final payment date. Any additional revisions will incur a $50 revision fee. Revision fees are non-refundable, even if you have insurance, and must be paid at the time of the revision. Revisions are not allowed after the Final Payment date.
